eZee Absolute alternatives: 6 hotel systems compared (2027)

eZee Absolute, now sold as Yanolja Cloud Solution, is one of the most widely used hotel systems in the world. Whether you’re choosing a first system or reviewing the one you have, these six alternatives cover different needs: the restaurant on the same bill, full accounting, or a system made for very small hotels.

BedKeys room grid: each room’s bookings across the coming days, with the room’s status

Key points

  • eZee includes a booking engine and channel manager; its restaurant POS is a $60‑per‑outlet add‑on and accounting comes through integrations.
  • For a restaurant and full accounts in one system, compare BedKeys and Clock PMS+.
  • For distribution first, Cloudbeds and Mews include channel managers; for very small hotels, Little Hotelier.
  • We make BedKeys, the first alternative listed. Every other fact is from the provider’s own website.

What eZee Absolute offers

Yanolja Cloud Solution says over 33,000 hotels in 170 countries use it, from 10 rooms to over 500. Its base plan includes the PMS, a booking engine and a channel manager; a restaurant POS with stock is an add‑on at $60 per outlet a month, and a website is $30. Only the price for 1–5 rooms is published: from $80 a month (pricing).

Why hotels compare alternatives

  • The restaurant on the same bill. Hotels with a busy restaurant may want the POS, kitchen tickets and stock included, not an add‑on per outlet.
  • Accounting inside the system. eZee’s pages don’t describe its own accounting; hotels that want the books in the PMS look elsewhere.
  • A published price at their size. Beyond 5 rooms, eZee’s price is a quote.

The six alternatives

1. BedKeys

Our own product. The front desk, housekeeping on staff phones, the restaurant with kitchen tickets, stock and purchasing, cash shifts, the Night audit and full accounting with bank reconciliation, in one system, at one price per room. Check before you buy: the channel manager is coming soon, and BedKeys is newer, with fewer hotels using it. Price: PKR 1,000 per room a month, or PKR 1,200 with a booking engine; we quote in other currencies on request.

2. Clock PMS+

From Bulgaria, used by over 1,500 independent hotels, by its own count. One subscription includes the restaurant POS with a kitchen screen, events and a housekeeper app. Check before you buy: the price rises with yearly revenue, with a 12‑month minimum and an onboarding fee. Price: e.g. €517 a month for a 40‑room hotel with €1.9 million revenue a year (pricing).

3. Cloudbeds

Over 20,000 properties in 150 countries, by its own count, with a booking engine and channel manager on its One and Experience plans and an automatic night audit. Check before you buy: accounting is through QuickBooks or Xero, and its own POS is a pilot. Price: on request (pricing).

4. Mews

Founded in Prague in 2012, in 85 countries, with a booking engine, channel manager, housekeeping app, payments, revenue tools and a POS add‑on; there’s no night audit step. Check before you buy: several features are in higher plans or add‑ons, and payments are billed separately. Price: per room, on request (pricing).

5. Hotelogix

Over 12,000 hotels, by its own count, with a restaurant POS with kitchen tickets, booking engine, channel manager, revenue management and a mobile app. Check before you buy: accounting and stock come through marketplace apps. Price: on request, with a free trial (Hotelogix).
