Do I need to install anything?
No. BedKeys runs in the browser. Open it on the front-desk PC, a laptop or a phone and sign in.
Can my housekeepers use it on their phones?
Yes. A manager approves each phone once, then housekeepers sign in with a short PIN.
Does it work with Booking.com and Airbnb?
Soon. A channel manager is on its way: your free rooms and prices go out to Booking.com, Airbnb and other sites, and their bookings come into BedKeys. Everything BedKeys works with
I’m not at the hotel every day. How do I know what’s going on?
After every Night audit the Watchdog lists anything unusual: cash short, large discounts, corrections and voids, with who did them. Ask BedKeys answers questions like “Who owes us money?” from your phone. How the Watchdog works
I have more than one hotel. Do I need separate accounts?
No. One sign-in covers every hotel you run, and you switch between them from the sidebar.
Who do I talk to if something goes wrong?
A person on our team, by WhatsApp or phone. Not a chatbot.
Is my hotel’s data mine?
Yes. We give you a full copy of your bookings, guests and bills whenever you ask, including if you leave. How we keep it safe
