Every charge shows its tax and the new balance before it is saved. Cash is counted by shift, and the Night audit closes the day with nothing left loose.

Is BedKeys too much for a small hotel?

No. A small hotel can use only the front desk, housekeeping and Night audit, and add the restaurant or the booking page when it needs them. You pay per room either way.

How much does BedKeys cost for 12 rooms?

PKR 12,000 a month on BedKeys Core, or PKR 14,400 on BedKeys Direct with a booking engine. Paying for a year at once takes 30% off. We quote in other currencies on request. Work out your price

How long does it take to start?

BedKeys opens your hotel within a day. Moving rooms, rates, guests and bookings from your current system usually takes 3 to 4 hours, and staff are trained on a call.
