Is the price per room or per hotel?
Per room. A hotel with 20 rooms pays for 20 rooms each month, whatever is booked.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
30%. Core comes to PKR 700 per room a month instead of PKR 1,000, and Direct to PKR 840 instead of PKR 1,200, with the year paid at once.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. Bookings guests make on your BedKeys Direct booking page carry no commission.
What does the BedKeys AI add‑on add?
Typed questions in Ask BedKeys, 300 a month for the whole hotel, and the Watchdog’s written briefing after every Night audit. It is PKR 2,500 per hotel a month, whatever the number of rooms.
Is the Watchdog included without the add‑on?
Yes. The Watchdog’s checks and Ask BedKeys’ Instant questions come with both plans. The add‑on adds the written briefing and questions in your own words.
Is tax-authority invoice posting included?
Not yet. Folios and invoices print with your tax numbers and each tax by name; sending invoices straight to a tax authority is planned.
