Best hotel management software in Pakistan (2027): 12 options compared

There is no single best system for every hotel. A resort with a busy restaurant, a city hotel that must send invoices to FBR, and a five-star chain each need something different. Here are 12 options, what each one says it does, and who it suits.

Take payment in BedKeys: cash, card machine, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast, with the new balance shown first

Key points

  • Decide what you must have first: restaurant and kitchen tickets, full accounting, FBR invoicing, a booking engine or a channel manager. Few systems do all five.
  • If you must send invoices to FBR today, shortlist the providers that say they do it now (EloPMS, Munshi10 and SyberEdge), and ask to see it working.
  • Only four of the 12 publish a price. Ask everyone else for the full monthly cost in writing, with setup and any add‑ons.
  • BedKeys is our own product. It suits boutique hotels, resorts and city hotels that want the whole hotel and its money controls in one system, at a public price per room.

How we compared them

We looked for systems that hotels in Pakistan can buy today, built here or sold here, and read each provider’s own pages for the things that decide the day‑to‑day: does it run the whole hotel, does the money add up, and does it fit how Pakistani hotels work.

What we checked for each system

  • Front desk, housekeeping and the Night audit in one system
  • A restaurant till that sends kitchen tickets, with bills charged to the room
  • Full accounting, not only reports
  • A booking engine for your own website, and a channel manager for booking sites
  • Pakistan: prices in rupees, FBR or provincial tax invoicing, CNIC at check‑in, local support
  • Whether the price is published, and what it includes

What each provider’s public pages say (3 November 2026). “Not stated” means we couldn’t find it, not that it’s missing.

On local payments: BedKeys records JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast on the folio beside cash, cards and bank transfers. None of the other providers’ public pages we read named these three, though several mention “wallets”. Ask in the demo how a wallet payment shows on the bill and in the books.

Built in Pakistan

1. BedKeys

Our own product, so read this one with that in mind. BedKeys runs the front desk, housekeeping on staff phones, the restaurant with kitchen tickets, stock and purchasing, cash shifts, the Night audit and full accounting with bank reconciliation, in one system in the browser. Every charge shows its tax and the new balance before it is saved, and a wrong charge is corrected with a reason, never deleted. After each Night audit the Watchdog lists what looked unusual, such as a short shift or a discount with no reason.

  • Best for: boutique hotels, resorts and city hotels where the owner wants to see the money without being at the desk.
  • Pakistan: prices in PKR, CNIC or passport at check‑in with the registration card, JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast on the folio, and a person on WhatsApp or phone for support.
  • Check before you buy: sending invoices straight to FBR is planned, not built yet; the channel manager is coming soon; BedKeys is newer than most systems here; the app is in English.
  • Price: BedKeys Core is PKR 1,000 per room a month and BedKeys Direct, with a booking engine and no booking commission, PKR 1,200. Paying for a year saves 30%.

2. Munshi10

Munshi10 is made by Maverick Solutions in Lahore. It says its first version went into a Lahore hotel in 1996 and that it now runs at over 800 properties. Its site lists the PMS, a restaurant POS that prints kitchen tickets, back‑office accounting, a booking engine, a channel manager and WhatsApp messages, with FBR digital invoicing and PRA sales tax.

  • Best for: hotels that want a long‑established local system with FBR invoicing and distribution included.
  • Check before you buy: the multi‑property dashboard is on its Enterprise plan, which is priced on request.
  • Price: a free plan, then paid plans at PKR 45,000 and PKR 90,000 a month, plus GST, with a 15‑day free trial (pricing).

3. EloPMS

EloPMS is built by IT Vision in Lahore, which says it has over 600 clients across Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Its public module list is one of the widest here: front desk, housekeeping, a restaurant POS with kitchen tickets, stock and purchasing, double‑entry accounting, banquets, HR and payroll, a booking engine and a channel manager. It says sale invoices go to FBR in real time and come back with an FBR invoice number and QR code (tax page).

  • Best for: hotels that need FBR digital invoicing today, or run banquets and payroll in the same system.
  • Check before you buy: for PRA, SRB, KPRA and BRA the site speaks of tax “configuration”, so ask whether invoices are posted to your province’s authority or only calculated.
  • Price: not published; a 15‑day free trial with no card (elopms.com).

4. SyberEdge

SyberEdge is a Karachi company that says it has been working since 1998. It describes a cloud hotel PMS with front desk, housekeeping, integrated accounting, food and beverage posting, the night audit, channel management and multi‑property, and names FBR digital invoicing (SyberEdge).

  • Best for: hotels that want FBR invoicing with accounting in the same system.
  • Check before you buy: a booking engine and provincial tax posting aren’t mentioned on its page.
  • Price: not published.

5. PAK‑HMS

PAK‑HMS, based in Karachi, lists bookings, housekeeping with status updates from a phone, a POS for the restaurant, room service and banquets, invoices and profit and loss, and multi‑property (modules).

  • Best for: hotels that want a published price per plan.
  • Check before you buy: the night audit, kitchen tickets and FBR or provincial invoicing aren’t mentioned, and the prices don’t say which currency they are in.
  • Price: Standard 15,000, Business 25,000 (adds a website) and Executive 40,000 (adds mobile apps) a month (pakhms.com).

6. Nizi Solutions

Nizi Solutions is an Islamabad software house, established in 2010, that sells hotel software among other products. Its hotel page lists reservations, housekeeping, kitchen order management, an accounting module, a booking engine, OTA connections, and SMS, email and WhatsApp notifications, with an Urdu interface (Nizi Solutions).

  • Best for: hotels that want an Urdu screen, or want the system on their own server instead of the cloud.
  • Check before you buy: on FBR it says the software “can be customised” to support it, so ask what is built and what would be extra work.
  • Price: not published (Starter, Business and Enterprise plans).

7. FrontDesk

FrontDesk is made by CapsLock in Lahore. It lists reservations, the night audit, company billing, inventory, payroll and multi‑property, finding a guest by CNIC or mobile number, and local support around the clock (modules).

  • Best for: hotels that mainly need the desk, the night audit and company billing.
  • Check before you buy: a housekeeping module, a restaurant POS, a booking engine and a channel manager aren’t listed.
  • Price: a quote based on rooms, properties and setup (pricing).

International systems sold in Pakistan

8. eZee Absolute (Yanolja Cloud Solution)

eZee Absolute, now sold as Yanolja Cloud Solution, says over 33,000 hotels use it. It includes a booking engine and channel manager, and has resellers in Pakistan. The restaurant POS is a separate product, and accounting comes through integrations such as Zoho Books.

  • Best for: hotels that sell most rooms through booking sites and want distribution in the base price.
  • Check before you buy: prices are in dollars; no PKR billing, FBR invoicing or local wallets are mentioned.
  • Price: from $80 a month for 1–5 rooms; the POS is $60 per outlet a month (pricing).

9. Cloudbeds

Cloudbeds, founded in 2012, says it serves properties in more than 150 countries. Its PMS comes with a booking engine, channel manager and an automatic night audit, and WhatsApp guest messages are a paid extra. Some Pakistani hotels already use its booking engine with prices in rupees.

  • Best for: hotels that want a large international system for distribution.
  • Check before you buy: accounting is through other software, and nothing is built for Pakistani tax.
  • Price: on request (pricing).

10. Hotelogix

Hotelogix is a Singapore company, founded in 2008, that says over 10,000 properties use it. It covers the front desk, housekeeping, a POS, a booking engine and a channel manager, and its mobile app can run the night audit (Hotelogix).

  • Best for: hotels that want to run much of the day from a phone app.
  • Check before you buy: accounting, stock and guest messages come through add‑ons from its marketplace.
  • Price: on request.

11. Shiji Daylight

Shiji’s Daylight PMS went live at Pearl‑Continental Rawalpindi in February 2026, its first hotel in Pakistan, and Shiji says PC Hospitality will use it with Shiji’s distribution and POS products across its hotels (Shiji).

  • Best for: upscale hotels and groups.
  • Check before you buy: distribution and POS are separate Shiji products, and prices aren’t published.
  • Price: on request.

12. Oracle OPERA Cloud

OPERA Cloud is Oracle’s PMS for large hotels and chains, built for many properties at once, with a mobile housekeeping companion. The restaurant POS (Simphony) and distribution are separate Oracle products, and it is licensed per guest room.

  • Best for: international chains and large groups with their own IT team.
  • Check before you buy: the full cost of the PMS, POS, distribution and setup together.
  • Price: on request.

Which one should you choose?

  1. A boutique hotel or resort with a restaurant

You need the restaurant, the rooms and the books on one record, so a room charge, a kitchen ticket and the cash shift all add up at the Night audit. Shortlist systems that list a restaurant with kitchen tickets and full accounting: BedKeys, EloPMS, Munshi10.

  2. A hotel that must send invoices to FBR now

Shortlist the providers that say it works today, EloPMS, Munshi10 and SyberEdge, and ask them to send a test invoice in the demo. If your province’s authority matters too, ask about PRA, SRB or KPRA by name.

  3. A hotel that sells mostly through booking sites

A channel manager that keeps rooms and prices in step matters most. eZee Absolute, Cloudbeds, Munshi10 and EloPMS include one. If you also want direct bookings without commission, ask what the booking engine costs on top.

  4. A five‑star hotel or a chain

Look at Shiji Daylight and Oracle OPERA Cloud, and budget for the separate POS and distribution products, the setup project and your own IT support.

Questions to ask in every demo

  • Show me a wrong charge being corrected. Is the first charge still on the record?
  • Show me the Night audit, and what happens to bills still open.
  • Send a test invoice to FBR (and to my province’s authority, if I need it).
  • How does a JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast payment show on the bill and in the books?
  • What is the full monthly cost for my number of rooms, with every add‑on and the setup?
  • Can I get a full copy of my data whenever I ask, including if I leave?

Questions

What is the best hotel management software in Pakistan?

It depends on the hotel. For the whole hotel and its money controls in one system at a public per‑room price, BedKeys. For FBR digital invoicing today, EloPMS, Munshi10 and SyberEdge say they do it. For upscale chains, Shiji Daylight or Oracle OPERA Cloud.

How much does hotel software cost in Pakistan?

Of the systems here, four publish a price: BedKeys from PKR 1,000 per room a month, Munshi10 from PKR 45,000 a month for paid plans, PAK‑HMS from 15,000 a month, and eZee Absolute from $80 a month for up to 5 rooms. The rest give a quote.

Which hotel software sends invoices to FBR?

On their own websites, EloPMS, Munshi10 and SyberEdge say they send invoices to FBR, and Nizi Solutions says it can be customised to. BedKeys prints invoices with your tax numbers and each tax by name; sending them straight to FBR is planned.

Is cloud hotel software safe for a hotel in Pakistan?

It can be safer than a PC at the desk, because the data is backed up away from the hotel. Ask each provider where the data is kept, how often it is backed up, and whether you can get a full copy whenever you ask.

When was this comparison last checked?

On 3 November 2026, from each provider’s own website. We review it every few months and when a provider changes its prices or plans.
